Refund policy

At Corexis, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and documentation, if applicable.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used health, wellness, or personal care products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened supplements
  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Corexis will cover all return or replacement costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank.
